Erik has over thirty years of experience in intellectual property law. Erik is a certified BMM Benelux trademark and design attorney and is also a registered EU trademark and design attorney. Erik has previously worked at two IP consultancy agencies and has gained extensive expertise in handling international trademark and design portfolios for clients in the United Kingdom and abroad in a wide range of industries. His activities include strategic management of intellectual property portfolios, advising on intellectual property matters and conflict mediation.

Erik has been working in the field of intellectual property since mid-1991 and has been a BMM-accredited trademark attorney and EUIPO-registered EU trademark and design attorney since 2002.
